The 2022 Annual General Meeting of St. Kevin’s Old Boys Football Club Incorporated will be held on Wednesday, 30th November 2022, commencing at 7pm at TH King Pavilion.
The business of the Annual General Meeting will be as follows:
i) to confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
ii) to receive reports of the previous season from the President and/or Secretary and the Treasurer
iii) to elect Officers of the Association and ordinary members of the Committee
iv) to discuss any matter which, in the opinion of the Chairperson or a majority of those present, might properly be discussed.
In relation to item (iii) above, please be aware that in accordance with the Rules of the Association:
a) The Officers of the Association and ordinary members of the Committee shall be elected at the Annual General Meeting.
b) Nominations for a position on the Committee shall be lodged on the forms sent out by the Secretary with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting. These Forms must be filled in and be in the hands of the Secretary detailed below.
c) A candidate may only be nominated for one (1) office, or as an ordinary member of the Committee, prior to the Annual General Meeting.
d) The Committee is to consist of:
a President
a maximum of two (2) Vice-Presidents
a Treasurer
a Secretary
a minimum of 8 members including the five office bearers
a maximum of 16 members including the five office bearers
Completed nomination forms must reach the Secretary no later than 5:00pm on Tuesdy 01 November 2022. For clarification, nomination forms sent :
by post, must be received in the Club’s post office box – P.O. Box 30 Glen Iris 3146 – no later than the above time and date, at which time the box will be cleared
by email, scanned copies of the form must be received in the Secretary’s Inbox – ggleeson@gormankelly.com.au – no later than the above time and date, at which time the Inbox will be checked
by hand, must be received in the Secretary’s hands no later than the above time and date
